Envirepel Energy Inc. was founded to solve multiple local environmental and energy problems by capturing organic waste and converting it into "clean" energy.

Chairman of the Board:

Anthony J Arand. As the founder and Chairman of the Board of the Company, Mr. Arand is responsible for building the Team necessary to complete Envirepel Energy Inc.'s short term, and long term business plans.  He also consults on technology, regulatory and engineering issues. Mr. Arand has continuous work experience in engineering, chemical manufacturing, production, sales, field applications, university and private contractor research, and regulatory actions including product registrations, lobbying and regulations. He holds patents in selective organic chemistry extraction and petroleum reformulation using low temperature catalytic process. He started his Aerospace career as a Mechanical Engineer for Hughes Aircraft in 1980. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic University - San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Board Member and Corporate Secretary:

Delphine Macy. ·        Ms. Macy joined the company in 2017 and has 25 years experience in site operations & management, contract negotiations, human resources, insurance, marketing, public relations, and employee training. Her career spans medical equipment manufacturing, marketing and sales of medical equipment, health industry retail store management, real estate investment sales and management.  Delphine brings a skill set to Envirepel’s management and training capacity matched to the requirements of the State of California along with a significant public and public agency relations capacity.  She is a graduate of Aveda Institute of Esthetics.

Technical Advisor to the Board:

Dave Gamble Sr. ·        Mr. Gamble ·         is an experienced Business Developer and Engineer with over 40 years in industrial projects, power generation projects and thermal conversion equipment development and design. The years of experience have provided opportunities at various levels of business development and engineering support for both small and large projects. Primary areas of engineering experience are in mechanical systems, electrical power systems and control/automation systems. Primary areas of project development experience are in needs assessments, preliminary project scope definitions, economic analysis and early stage permitting process development. Skills utilized include working with diverse groups to develop preliminary studies, engineering designs, detailed equipment designs, and preparation of engineering drawings and specifications. Specific skills include technology assessments, mechanical systems design for renewable energy facilities, electrical engineering for power distribution and motor control systems, process control systems design and application including use of PLC equipment and HMI systems, energy conservation and management, construction management and supervision, servicing of on-line process control systems and usage of personal computers with various software packages including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Quick cad, and various scheduling programs. In addition, his skills include all aspects of electrical engineering including grounding, lighting, power single line diagram development, cable routing, panel design, instrumentation P&ID development, loopsheet design, and instrument specifications. Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
